Arrests of anarchists in Tyumen
Today 29th of January in morning (local time) two active anarchists, Kender and Rustam were arrested in Tyumen and their homes were searched. At least one more house was searched as well. Currently they are arrested and interrogated, at this point they face charges according to statute 214 of Russian criminal codex (vandalism), which when carried with “a group of people” is a felony charge in the sense that may not be punished with a mere fine (there is no official division between misdemeanors and felonies in Russian legal practice).
